• User Content: Tasks, team names, project descriptions, and comments you create.
• Device Information: Device model, OS version, and unique identifiers (for notifications).
• Usage Data: Crash logs and performance metrics to help us fix bugs.

2. App Permissions

To provide specific features, we may request access to:

• Camera & Gallery: To allow you to upload or take a profile picture. Access is only requested when you attempt to change your avatar.
• Notifications: To send you alerts about task updates and team activities.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to operate and improve TeamTasks, including:

• Creating and managing your account securely.
• Enabling real-time collaboration with your team members.
• Sending essential service notifications and updates.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

To delete your account:

• Go to Account Settings inside the app and select "Delete Account".
• Or contact us directly at support@teamtasks.co.

Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

We may use trusted third-party services (such as Google Firebase) for authentication, database hosting, and analytics. These providers adhere to strict data protection standards (GDPR/CCPA).
